All Roads Has Completed All Five Consecutive Phases of Hwy 1 Paving Projects for the BC Ministry of Transportation and Transit

A total of 264,858 metric tonnes of asphalt has been laid down to pave over 356.7 lane kilometers at the five busiest stretches of Hwy 1 in BC.

Each highway paving contract issued by the BC Government comes with rigorous requirements and strict specifications. Through the application of modern paving technologies and advanced automation, All Roads consistently delivers results that not only meet these requirements but exceed them.

Since 2020, All Roads has been selected as the contractor for all five consecutive phases of the Highway 1 paving projects, underscoring our proven efficiency, innovation, and ability to meet the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure's highest standards.

Did you know?

Every project tendered by the BC Ministry of Transportation and Transit comes with a strict set of "End Product Specifications" - basically the gold standard for paving in the province. These specs ensure that every inch of road laid in BC is consistently smooth, durable, and top-quality. Fall short of the mark, and you're looking at some steep penalties (and probably a few stern emails). But meet or exceed those standards? You earn the coveted End Product Specification Bonus - a contractor's badge of honor!

Below, you'll see how we've tackled all five phases since 2020. Spoiler alert: we nailed it. Bonus after bonus, phase after phase. What does that say about the quality of our work? We'll let the results - and the Ministry's bonus cheques - speak for themselves.
