All Roads Flyover is a short 30 seconds drone video series showing aerial views of our recently paved roadways, highways and municipal roads in Vancouver area, British Columbia. We never stop being amazed by how wonderful freshly paved asphalt looks from high above!
Subcontracted by Conwest Contracting, our crews just completed paving a massive new parking lot for a UPS industrial facility in Surrey. Measuring approximately 317 metres wide by 123 metres deep, the project spans nearly 39,000 square metres and required more than 9,200 tonnes of asphalt.
All Roads Construction’s Sumas Asphalt Plant is a modern production facility in Abbotsford, serving contractors, municipalities and infrastructure projects across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.
Following its acquisition, All Roads is bringing the same advanced technology, efficient processes and environmental focus established at its Coquitlam facility—recognized as Canada’s greenest asphalt plant.
The Sumas Plant strengthens regional supply, expands All Roads’ combined annual production capacity to more than 600,000 tonnes and improves access to dependable, high-quality asphalt. Its strategic location helps reduce transportation distances, trucking time and associated emissions for projects in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Aldergrove, Hope and surrounding communities.
With extended operating hours and a commitment to innovation, sustainability, quality and service, the Sumas Asphalt Plant supports the infrastructure needs of a growing region. All Roads Lead to Excellence.
All Roads Flyover: Campbell Heights Road Improvements Project for B&B Contracting
All Roads has successfully completed paving operations on 192 Street between 16th Avenue and 28th Avenue, delivering the project ahead of schedule as part of the City of Surrey's $30 million Campbell Heights Road Improvements Project. Working as a paving subcontractor to B&B Contracting, our crews placed nearly 20,000 tonnes of asphalt over more than three kilometres of roadway and multi-use pathways, creating a durable new surface through one of Surrey's busiest industrial corridors.
All Roads was proud to serve as the paving subcontractor for the Cooper Meadows Subdivision development project in Abbotsford, led by TYBO Construction. Paving operations began in August 2024 and reached substantial completion in April 2026.

All Roads Flyover: Hwy 1 Paving Project - Phase 5 – Cassiar Tunnel to Willingdon Avenue
All Roads is proud to have been awarded the fifth phase of the Highway 1 paving project, covering 51.5 lane-kilometres from the Willingdon Interchange to the Cassiar Tunnels. This milestone marks the successful continuation of our work with the Ministry of Transportation and Transit, following the completion of the previous four phases.
After 10 months of hard work, we have now completed this high profile project and East Columbia Avenue between Sherbrooke Street and Keary Street, as well as both intersections, are fully upgraded.
On this project we completed storm and sanitary upgrades with the help of RichCo Contracting. We milled out existing roads, widening the roads, installing new curbs, roads, MUPs (multi use paths), bike lanes, sidewalks and driveways. We worked closely with Metro Van, FortisBC and BC Hydro due to major utility infrastructures running through the 90th Ave and 92nd Ave locations. Oh, by the way, we are super happy to share that it was nice to receive tons of occasional "Thank You" stop-by's and happy gesture waves by local residents and drivers while we worked on this project!
This is a cool split aerial view of our curb and concrete surface upgrade we are doing at Royal Columbian Hospital area where one side is recently completed and the other side is just getting started.
