All Roads hoists into place its massive new 45,000-gallon asphalt binder tank

Standing 54 feet tall and holding 150 tonnes of oil, this new tank boosts our asphalt plant’s oil storage capacity by 85%. With this major addition to our tank farm infrastructure, we’re now able to offer three different liquid asphalt binders, alongside our existing oil emulsion products.

It will allow us to supply our customers with standard PG64-22 and PG58-22, as well as high performance binders, such as polymer modified PG70-22 and PG82-22.

This major upgrade enhances our storage capabilities, allowing us to stock a wider variety of binder oils and better meet the diverse needs of our customers. The expanded storage also improves operational efficiency, ensuring faster turnaround times and more reliable supply, even during peak demand periods.

It will allow us to supply our customers with standard PG64-22 and PG58-22, as well as high performance binders, such as polymer modified PG70-22 and PG82-22.

Currently we are also expanding our asphalt mix storage capacity by installing two new silos, increasing the total number of silos at our asphalt plant to five. With five silos, we will be able to store and offer five different types of asphalt mixes at any given time. This expansion boosts our overall storage capacity by 70%, adding an additional 400 tonnes.
