Bet you didn't know our plant can whip up 32 different types of asphalt mixes! That's right – 32. Think of them like your grandma's famous cookie recipes, but instead of chocolate chips and walnuts, we're mixing 8 types of aggregate (including recycled asphalt!) with a variety of liquid asphalt binders in all kinds of precise combinations. The result? Stronger, longer-lasting roads built to perform.
Yep, we're opening our gates, lifting the curtain, and sharing all our secrets – even with competitors, governments, up-and-coming road builders, students, and the curious public. Why? Because for us, going green isn't just a goal – it's who we are. And if we can inspire others to join us on the path to sustainability, we're all in.
First Stop: City of Coquitlam
We kicked things off with a bang! Our very first tour group came from the City of Coquitlam's engineering and inspection departments. Who better to start with than the folks who help build and maintain our roads?
Leading the tour was none other than Rod Stephens, our President and proud asphalt nerd. He guided the group step-by-step through how we make our asphalt magic happen – from raw materials to the final, durable product laid on your streets.
And just to keep things high-tech, everyone wore Retekess wireless headsets, so they could catch every word without missing a beat.
Asphalt Mixing = Grandma's Secret Recipes?

Oh, and we even add fibers to our mixes for extra strength – like rebar for your pavement. It helps prevent cracking and rutting, meaning the asphalt holds up way better over time.

Our green tech blows people's minds. Seriously. When we show off some of the emission-reducing systems we've built into this plant, we get a lot of dropped jaws and wide eyes. It's that cool.

"I felt like I was back in school – but in the best way," said Inner Gill, Roads Superintendent for the City of Coquitlam. "All Roads is leading the way. This almost zero-emission plant should become the new industry standard.We're definitely sending our executive team to see this."
