All Roads was proud to serve as the paving subcontractor for the Cooper Meadows Subdivision development project in Abbotsford, led by TYBO Construction.
Paving operations began in August 2024 and reached substantial completion in April 2026. Our scope was final fine grading and asphalt paving. The project is located west of McMillan Road, extending from Old Clayburn Road to Chantrell Place, with a paving contract value of approximately $1.7 million.
Job was completed in many mobilizations throughout the last two years. Coordination and execution was very well done with TYBO. It is a pleasure working with the team at TYBO.
