Last October, All Roads proudly secured our first paving contract with the City of White Rock - an important milestone that we view as the foundation for long-term partnerships and future projects within the city.

With White Rock's iconic coastal backdrop behind us and high expectations ahead of us, we're giving this project everything we've got - because first impressions matter, especially when you're building the roads that carry a city forward.

The $965,676.60 project involves significant road upgrades throughout the city, with over 10,500 square meters of full and variable depth milling and more than 3,000 metric tonnes of asphalt to be laid by completion.

This isn't just another project for us - it's a crucial proving ground. As our debut for the City of White Rock, there is a lot riding on our performance. The success of this contract will set the tone for our relationship with the City and pave the way - literally and figuratively - for future opportunities.

"We're here to raise the bar and prove that All Roads delivers top-tier quality, even under the most demanding specifications," says Justin Dziedzic, our Project Superintendent. "The City of White Rock is known for its exacting standards when it comes to roadwork, especially given its unique location along the Pacific. Salt air, moisture, and oceanfront weather patterns all mean the roads here need to be built tougher and smarter."

The City's Pavement Assessment Key Plan identified nine key areas requiring critical rehabilitation, and All Roads is proud to be entrusted with these upgrades. To date, we've successfully completed Thrift Avenue between Finlay and Best Streets, and progress across the remaining areas is on track.

"This contract is about more than asphalt," adds Dziedzic. "It's about trust, reputation, and building something lasting for the residents of White Rock. And hey, the ocean view doesn't hurt either!"
