Effective July 11, 2026, All Roads Construction will assume operational control of the Sumas Asphalt Plant, previously operated by Amrize, under a long-term operating agreement with Superior Asphalt Products.
3091 Sumas Mountain Road, Abbotsford, July 9, 2026 - Today marks an exciting new chapter for All Roads Construction as we continue investing in the future of our company—and the customers we are proud to serve.
This strategically located facility significantly increases our production capacity, improves supply flexibility, and enhances our ability to serve customers throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. It better positions us to meet the region's growing infrastructure needs with dependable supply and exceptional product quality.
For existing customers of the Sumas plant, we want this transition to be as seamless as possible. We will honour all existing pricing agreements currently in place during this transition. As we embark on this new venture with Superior Asphalt Products, we are equally proud to continue our longstanding relationship with Amrize. Under our agreement, Amrize will continue to supply paving aggregates and liquid asphalt for the Sumas operation.
