All Roads 2024: A Wild Year in Review (Featuring Rodfather Saga: Chapter 2!)

Date Posted : November 16, 2025

Buckle up - our 2024 season at All Roads wasn't just successful... it was downright cinematic. And the best scene? When the boss told our numbers wiz to "cook the books," he took it literally—boiling our printed ledgers in a pot like he was making a hot stew of "off-the-books" favors.

Here's the quick "business-but-make-it-exciting" recap:

  • 176 projects won
  • Over $70 million in total project value
  • 300,000+ metric tons of asphalt produced (that's… a lot of road)

But the real star of this video?

Rodfather Saga: Chapter 2-our very own construction-themed mafia parody that answers questions no one asked, like:

What happens when Rodfather himself patches potholes in a tuxedo?

and

How dramatic can a fake "off-the-books favour" really get?

How the Rodfather Legend Began

Twenty-ish years ago, Rod's son-in-law gifted him a T-shirt that said "Rodfather" above a fishing rod. Rod wore it. People laughed. The name stuck. It spilled into his friend group, then his business circles, and now he has a glorious framed Rodfather logo hanging in his office-with All Roads flair built right in.

Chapter 1: The Birth of a Classic

During our 2023 year-end video, someone suggested we re-enact an iconic Godfather scene. We did.

We nailed it.

The crowd roared.

Thus-Chapter 1 was born. You can watch this piece here.

Chapter 2: Back for More

Fueled by roaring laughter at last year's premiere (watch our audience reaction here), we knew we had to up the stakes for 2024. Hence: Chapter 2. Bigger. Bolder. Even more asphalt-adjacent drama.

Enjoy the chaos, the comedy, and the tuxedo-grade pothole craftsmanship.

How Denis Labelle "Won" the Mic: The Battle for All Roads' 2024 Year-End MC Throne

Another highlight of the night was that for the first time in six years, Rod didn't host our 2024 year-end bash. Instead, our VP of Operations Denis Labelle stormed the stage - after launching a ruthless (and very entertaining) smear campaign, worthy of a low-budget political thriller, to dethrone Rod and secure the coveted MC title. He succeeded in toppling Rod and declared himself Master of Ceremonies for 2024.

This mock "election" campaign video reveals Denis's dramatic rise to questionable power and gives you a taste of how we blow off steam after a busy year. It's all in good fun… even if Denis's methods are shady at best.

Viewer discretion advised: may contain satire, ego battles, and dramatic microphone-grabbing.
