Aerial Tour of Canada's Greenest Asphalt Plant – The All Roads Innovation Hub

Built in 2020 and expanded again in 2025, the All Roads asphalt plant stands as Canada's greenest, most advanced facility of its kind. On the southern edge of the site—just 50 feet from the north bank of the mighty Fraser River—a bold new sign proudly proclaims: "Canada's Greenest Asphalt Plant." It's a fitting location. The Fraser, stretching nearly 1,400 kilometres and supporting an extraordinary diversity of fish species, is British Columbia's longest river and one of its most sensitive ecosystems. Operating responsibly here isn't optional—it's essential. Our plant achieves its industry-leading environmental performance through a carefully engineered system of high-efficiency, low-emission components, all coordinated by modern Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). This precision-driven setup minimizes fuel consumption, reduces emissions, and eliminates variability from human error. It's why we champion the use of the Best Control Technologies Available—because the results speak for themselves. Together, these systems make the claim on our sign not just accurate, but genuinely earned. This is more than an asphalt plant; it's a glimpse into the future of sustainable industrial infrastructure. Cleaner. Smarter. Greener.
